Q. How do I order?
A. It's easy. Enter all the details of the letters you need including the text, letter height, number of copies, which font, base and laminate material specs, whether or not you want stud mounts and an install pattern, and how fast you need it. We'll give you an estimate on the spot. Add the item to your cart and checkout securely online.
Q. How long does it take to get my letters?
A. Standard (not expedited) orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders received before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed that day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the next business day. Expedite orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt following 11:00 a.m. standards. Shipping costs will be charged at time of shipment and are typically about 10% of the order cost for ground.

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. We use an SSL certificate that provides up to 256-bit encryption.
