- Q. How do I order?
- A. It's easy. Upload your design (EPS file recommended), enter all the details of the sign including number of copies, base and laminate material specs, whether or not you want stud mounts and an install pattern, and how fast you need it. You will receive a written estimate via email. If you approve, add the item to your cart and checkout securely online. You will receive a visual proof of your project that you will need to sign before we route your job.
- Q. How long does it take to get my letters?

A. Standard (not expedited) orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders received before 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed that day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the next business day. Expedite orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt following 11:00 a.m. standards. Shipping costs will be charged at time of shipment and are typically about 10% of the order cost for ground.

- Q. Is your site secure?

A. Yes. We use an SSL certificate that provides up to 256-bit encryption. An SSL certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates the identity of a Web site and encrypts information sent to the server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All areas on our site that ask for your personal information (username/password, credit card number) are protected with SSL. To make sure a site is using SSL, look on your browser window for a lock icon. When the lock is closed, you are secure.
